Do I have PTSD?
You don't have to diagnose yourself. You may have noticed changes in sleep, emotions, relationships, thoughts, or behavior after a traumatic experience.
Possible signs can include unwanted memories, nightmares, avoiding reminders of trauma, feeling constantly on guard, changes in mood, difficulty trusting others, isolation, sleep difficulties, emotional numbness, and difficulty concentrating.
Important: Only a qualified healthcare professional can diagnose PTSD. If you're concerned about symptoms, consider talking with a doctor or mental-health professional.
You don't have to figure it out alone!
